Subscription Terms: The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the monthly fee as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price change will become effective at the beginning of your next billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any price changes.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund you. No hard feelings.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL EVERY SINGLE CALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Every Single Call and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so through your account settings at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Ventura County, California.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
